Jessica Ramirez, founder of Empowered Solutions, is a strategist and connector dedicated to helping women build systems that actually work in real life. She believes women shouldn't have to choose between impact and income—and that collaboration beats isolation every time.

Together, Mark and Jessica are interviewing women, amplifying their stories, and connecting them inside a focused group where collaboration is the normal culture—not the exception.
